Members of Innovate For California (in collaboration with National Council for Community and Education) have been at the forefront of this development by using the precursor of AI, business intelligence and predictive analytics, to provide educational insight to Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) through releasing 2 research papers GEAR UP programs in California and New Hampshire and presenting at National Council for Community and Education conferences on ways to automate data collection.
With a fantastic core team of civic coders, Innovate For California is using their board member insights into education, and the power of AI, to develop Learning Analytics Human-ware (L.A.H. for short) to streamline the Learning Analytics process and provide meaningful multi-tiered Level of support to the people we serve through our tutoring, comprehensive mentoring, study skills trainings, help with applying to post secondary education, and financial aid.
Lastly, the work Innovate For California does does not live in a silo. We have part a brigade of Civic Coders. with our forces combined we are able to bring the advancements of Big Data, Business Intelligence, predictive analysis and artificial intelligence to democratize educational data analysis for all.
