Arbitration Procedure
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in person Sacramento, California, by videoconference or by telephone, with the parties and/or their representatives. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration service provider, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA), under its applicable rules and procedures, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Waiver of Jury Trial
By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The parties agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Severability
If any portion of this arbitration clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Innovate For California. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the platform or via email.
